Using locally sourced ingredients and mindful techniques, Chef Yolande will guide you through the creation of a well-balanced three-course meal. You'll begin with a warm and savory curried coconut carrot soup. Next, you'll prepare flavor-filled black bean and quinoa burgers and a seasonal fruit slaw using celery, bell peppers and maple syrup. Bring out your creative side with beautiful puff pastry apple roses with apricot jam and powdered sugar. Chef Yolande looks forward to sharing her enjoyable cooking process with you and your group.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful afternoon cooking a meal with Chef Yolande. We loved her approach to cooking, letting us pick spices to add to the dishes and we felt so relaxed. Loved her inviting and beautiful kitchen. The following week we made those dishes we cooked with Chef Yolande and used the great tips we leaned! Fantastic time!!
