Join Chef Yolande as she shares her expertise and first-hand techniques in this interactive cooking class. This fully customizable meal showcases the textures and fragrances of Southeast Asian seasonings, herbs and vegetables. You'll start off your culinary adventure with eggplant salad or a creamy cucumber raita. Next, you'll prepare a curry-based dish using either chicken with cinnamon, ginger and fenugreek or vegetables with a smoky Rogan Josh seasoning. A rice-based dish gives you the chance to use cilantro chutney or turmeric rice pilaf. Tropical pineapple cookies with fresh sorbet complete this savory meal.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful afternoon cooking a meal with Chef Yolande. We loved her approach to cooking, letting us pick spices to add to the dishes and we felt so relaxed. Loved her inviting and beautiful kitchen. The following week we made those dishes we cooked with Chef Yolande and used the great tips we leaned! Fantastic time!!
