Chef Meir leads this hands-on cooking class using Kosher practices, traditional European recipes and fresh ingredients. You'll prepare classic matzah ball soup with chicken and vegetables, savory beef-stuffed cabbage and a creamy kugel, a traditional Ashkenazi Jewish baked pudding using egg noodles or potatoes. Dairy-free chocolate cakes follows this traditional meal.
