Cooking Class: South American Dessert Party

Chef Gustavo is ready to share his love of the sweet side of South American cuisine. Your senses will be filed with the texture, fragrance and warmth of cinnamon, creamy milk and crumbly pastry dough. You'll learn how to prepare traditional desserts and pastries using homemade dulce de leche. The class was wonderful. The dishes we made were so unique and delicious. Really learned a lot. I’m definitely taking the class again at some point in the near future.

My friend and I went as a date night and we had a blast. Chef Gustavo explains everything so well and made it fun and easy. Everything tasted amazing. Make sure you come hungry because there was so much to eat. Also there is free 4 hr parking across the street by the field, which he recommended!
