You’ll build an appetizer of tuna sesame salad before creating an impressive collection of maki roll variations, including a spicy tuna roll, an avocado cream cheese roll, a double-tuna roll, a spicy California roll, a California hand roll, a tuna hand roll, a caterpillar roll and an eel hand roll. Along the way, you’ll learn culinary skills that will help you while making sushi and maki, and beyond.
