Learn everything you need to know to create an authentic Spanish tapas spread. 


In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Marc, you'll learn how to craft a spread of authentic tapas, starting with a fresh and crisp pan con tomate topped with savory tomatoes and anchovies. Next, you'll spice things up with an aromatic garlic shrimp with cayenne pepper accompanied by a classic patatas bravas; a Spanish native favorite. You'll also get to prepare a traditional tortilla Española (Spanish omelet) with potatoes, onions and eggs. End class on a sweet note with a refreshing and flaky apple tarte tatin with puff pastry and peach jam.
