If you’ve ever
wondered what it takes to make sushi of your very own, Chef Edison is ready to
clue you in! You’ll learn all you need to know to start creating homemade rolls
in this hands-on class.
Your lesson
begins with a selection of traditional Japanese salad appetizers that may include
cucumber, avocado or seaweed salad. Then, it’s on to the main event:
Learning how to roll such classics as cucumber and avocado rolls, maki,
California rolls, New York rolls, Alaska rolls — and Chef Edison’s own
specialties, Valentine’s Day and Lion King rolls.
