Making your own sushi and nigiri is a breeze with Chef Edison as your guide. Learn to craft some basic rolls, a few specialties and a selection of delightful appetizers in this hands-on cooking class.
Your menu begins with traditional Japanese starters that may include cucumber, avocado and seaweed salads. Then, using the freshest fish available, you’ll master the techniques for making simple cut fish for nigiri, and a series of rolls that may include cucumber and avocado maki, California rolls, New York rolls, Alaska rolls and the intriguingly-named Valentine’s Day and Lion King rolls!
