Join Chef Maggie and learn the time-honored recipes to make salsa and guacamole from scratch. In this class, you'll practice your knife skills to chop fresh vegetables like tomatoes, onions and jalapeños to make a spice salsa flavored with cilantro and garlic. Plus, make the perfect zesty guacamole with avocado, garlic and a squeeze of lime. Customize your dips with flavorful and fun mix-ins, which include ingredients like habanero peppers, corn and mango. Finish the class by indulging in your homemade dips with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.

Chef Maggie provided a fun and comfortable environment to learn some new skills. We had a great time making gnocchi and 2 different sauces all from scratch. And everything turned out wonderful! I would definitely take another class like this.
