Cooking Class: Make Salsa and Guacamole With Chef Sarah
Chef Sarah will teach you how to make salsa and guacamole from scratch in this fun cooking class.
Learn the technique to mash avocados to turn them into a creamy guacamole seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper and a little squeeze of lime. Next, practice your knife skills to chop tomatoes, onions and jalapeños to make a fresh salsa with a sprinkling of aromatic cilantro. Customize the flavors with a variety of mix-in ingredients, including habanero peppers, mangos and corn, for sweet and spicy additions. The class ends with you diving into your homemade dips with crunchy tortilla chips and crisp vegetables. These two dips are sure to be a crowd pleaser at a Cinco de Mayo party!
