Cooking Class: Homemade Pizza and Focaccia

Chef Peter is ready to teach you the secrets of crafting your own delicious pizzas from scratch. 


No food comforts a hungry soul quite like pizza, and there's no pizza as fresh or delicious as one you make at home! In this hands-on class with Chef Peter, you’ll learn the basics for creating your own dough and craft a humble yet satisfying focaccia topped with oil and fresh herbs. Then, you’ll cook a simple pomodoro sauce and assemble several full-sized pizzas topped with an array of savory ingredients, such as cured vegetables, salami and Kalamata olives. And for dessert, you’ll prepare a simple tiramisu that will melt hearts all around the table.

Focaccia

Homemade Pizza 

With pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, vegetables, salami and Kalamata olives


Tiramisu 

With ladyfingers, mascarpone cream cheese, espresso and cocoa powder
