Cooking Class: Traditional Flavors of Spain

Create authentic Spanish cuisine that will expand your culinary horizons.

Wander through the savory, satisfying flavors of Spain in this hands-on class with Chef Aaron. You’ll learn crucial kitchen skills such as knife technique, pan-flipping, and proper set up of a home frying station as you create a Spanish tortilla de patata with eggs, potatoes and onions; an ensalada mixta of lettuce, olives, tuna and artichoke hearts; and paella de marisco, featuring seafood, rice, saffron and peas. And for dessert, it’s buñuelos de viento, an egg batter fritter peppered with lemon zest and dusted with powdered sugar.
