Take a culinary tour of the Italian countryside in the comfort of your own kitchen.
The glorious flavors of Tuscany come directly to you in this hands-on class with Chef Rudy. You’ll prepare a traditional three-course menu, beginning with an antipasto Tuscano that features assorted cured meats, cheeses and breadsticks. Then, you’ll craft ragu di Montalcino con pinci, a handmade Tuscan pasta served with pancetta, beef and chicken. Your journey concludes on a sweet note, with zabaglione e fragole, a warm Marsala-scented custard served with fresh strawberries.

With more than 20 years of cooking experience, Chef Rudy has served in a wide variety of culinary capacities. He served as the Executive Head Chef and Owner of a Mediterranean and farm-to-table restaurant. His kitchen skills include developing menus and meals that follow dietary and cultural guidelines.
