Chef Justin's Flavors of Latin America class was awesome! He and his wife welcomed our party of 6 into their beautiful home and made us all feel so comfortable. He took the time to teach each of us different cooking techniques and tips so we were all part of the meal while also allowing us to socialize and enjoy ourselves. He broke down a 3 course meal in a way that even the most beginner of cooks can keep up. Not to mention the actual meal was amazing, everyone had seconds and took home leftovers! He also made sure to adhere to the highest COVID-19 safety standards to keep everyone safe. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible and fun a class with Chef Justin is. Would recommend for any date night, girls night, or just to learn some new skills and recipes!
Chef Justin brings a unique perspective to cooking. Having earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, he has the business acumen that most chefs lack. Combine that with his day-in, day-out experience working hands-on in a professional kitchen, and you have one well-rounded sous chef. Join him as he continues on his culinary quest to master new recipes and cooking techniques. He wants to share his knowledge and passion for food with you!
