This was a great class. Chef Jenny is engaging and delightful to work with! Definitely felt like I could repeat the dumpling making process at home after getting her instruction.

This class was okay. I thought it would be more the other cooking classes I've done in the past where you actually get to cook. In this class the instructor does all of the cutting and cooking. The only thing that we got to do was roll out the dough and then form it around the filling. The other problem I have with the class was that nobody washed their hands and then we all made dumplings that were cooked and passed around to everyone. It wasn't very sanitary and you were tasting the dumplings of people who weren't necessarily doing them right rather than the instructor doing them. They weren't very good. All in all, we had fun but it wasn't very hands on or informative.
