Cooking Class: Make Sushi With Chef Shaunte

Learn the time-honored technique to create classic sushi rolls from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Shaunte. 


In this class, you'll learn how to prepare the perfect seasoned sushi rice and practice your knife skills to chop avocado, carrots and cucumber. Spread the sushi rice onto the nori sheets and layer your fresh vegetables and imitation crab. Then, master the technique for rolling the sushi like a professional. Finish it off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds before indulging in your homemade, bite-sized feast.
