necessary to build beautiful Italian dishes from simple, fresh ingredients. In
this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare antipasto and decadent
crab-stuffed mushrooms before creating silky ribbons of homemade pasta and
meatballs, served with a vibrant traditional sauce that's sure to comfort even the most
discerning appetite. The evening comes to an end on a sweet, satisfying note with cannoli, a classic Italian favorite.

Theresa was great. We had a fun time and good food. We really liked hands on parts. The facility was perfect for this event.
Chef Theresa is known for her Italian specialties, and for using only the freshest ingredients in her dishes. Her ventures in the culinary world began early, having grown up around her family’s catering business. With over 20 years of experience as a professional chef, her focus is now on teaching cooking classes in her impressive commercial cooking space, located in the Tampa Bay area.
