the simplest of recipes. In this hands-on experience, Chef Nadina shares her secrets
for using flavorful fruits in unexpected ways. You’ll begin with a tangy arugula
salad topped with cranberries, walnuts, and feta, tossed with a light vinegar
dressing. Then, learn to prepare lean chicken breast in a rich sauce of
raspberries, mushrooms, shallots and garlic. And the decadent chocolate angel
food cake you’ll create for dessert is like heaven on a plate!
