Immerse yourself in an authentic Italian pasta-making experience with Chef Tiore in this hands-on cooking class.
Learn how simple it is to measure, mix and roll your own pasta using fresh eggs, flour and a touch of olive oil. Mastering the perfect ratio is key and your instructor will guide you every step of the way. Then, cut your pasta into delicate pappardelle strands before preparing a rich, well-balanced Bolognese sauce. Simmer premium ground beef with a tomato paste base, freshly chopped carrots and onions for a deeply flavorful dish. Beyond essential culinary skills, this class will give you the confidence to recreate an impressive homemade pasta meal, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

My fiancé and I attended the pasta making class. This was both of our first time attending a cooking class and it exceeded our expectations and more. Tiore made this experience so much fun and the pasta was delicious. We highly recommend chef Tiore!
Meet your chef
Chef Tiore's culinary enterprises and love of food and travel have taken her through her classical French culinary training, an apprenticeship in Paris and over 10 years of experience in catering kitchens and hotel restaurants, allowing her to cultivate her gourmet creativity. These experiences propelled her to begin her own personal chef and small events catering business and have assisted with developing a true appreciation and reverence for the food she loves to create. On top of all of the aprons she wears in the kitchen, Chef Tiore values taking the time to teach everyone and anyone, from novice to experienced cooks, and finds joy in bringing the love for food, friends and family, back to every table.
