Cooking Class: Heartwarming Handmade Pasta

Under the guidance of Chef Andrew, you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch.


Begin the class by making a refreshing mixed green salad topped with fresh strawberries, sweet honey and crunchy pecans drizzled with a tangy raspberry vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn the time-honored recipe to make pasta dough with flour, eggs and water. Knead the dough, roll it into sheets and cut it into fresh fettuccine. As the pasta boils, pan sear tender chicken and make a creamy Alfredo sauce to make a decadent chicken Alfredo. You'll also top a French baguette with butter and garlic to make crispy garlic bread. End the class by layering lady fingers, whipped cream and espresso for a decadent tiramisu for dessert.
