That's why Chef Emmanuelle has put together this engaging cooking session where you can learn to make creamy, satisfying versions of your favorite comfort foods using whole-food ingredients. You'll start by making sumptuous "crab" cakes using jackfruit, red peppers and seaweed, your own vegan mayo from scratch, crispy "chicken" nuggets using wheat protein (seitan), BBQ pulled "pork" sandwiches made from jackfruit and even chocolate peanut caramel bars for dessert. By the end of class, you'll know how to turn common plant ingredients into foods that look and taste like your favorite meat dishes.

Vegan "Crab" Cakes
With jackfruit, red bell pepper, green onions, nori, lemon, vegan egg, parsley and bread crumbs
Vegan Mayo
With apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, ground mustard, aquafaba or tapioca and oil

Chef Emmanuelle and her husband Ron were so amazing. They were so patient and kind. She taught us valuable knife skills along with pasta. She shared her recipes and stay with us. It was very hands on. We had plenty to take home for left overs. They were great about taking photos for us with our phones. I would recommend this to everyone if any age.

I had a great time today learning to make Vegan & non-vegan chocolate truffles. Chef surprised us with a bonus lesson learning to make crepes. Class size was small & intimate. She & her husband recorded me & took pictures for me. I even learned to flip my crepe in the pan. Next class I want to bring my daughter who purchased this class for my Christmas gift. Thank you Chef Emmanuelle!

Outstanding interactive exhilarating truffle/crepe surprise experience with Chef Emma and Chef Ron. Champagne would have kicked it up a notch!
I brought my friend to the curry class and we both really enjoyed ourselves and we learned quite a bit. We met a lot of very nice women too. Chef Emmanuelle brought everything we needed to make red, yellow, and green curry. The dishes came out fabulous! She has a very impressive resume and we were very lucky to have her lead the class.

Chef Emmanuelle was amazing! Wish I had a notebook with me. She really explains everything behind a recipe. Not only a learned a lot about truffles but also about crepes. The class was fun and way more instructive than I thought it would be.

I've known Chef Emmanuelle since 2005 and have attended several of her private cooking events, including a bread-making class. She is a truly exceptional chef and a warm, wonderful woman. I highly recommend attending one of her cooking classes for the pleasure of meeting her and experiencing her delicious food. You won't be disappointed and will have tons of fun!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I learned so much about plant-based ingredients and techniques and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes at home. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vegan cuisine.
