There are many different types of sushi, from hand rolls to nigiri to inari and sashimi. Learn how to make three of the most common varieties in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jinhe. You will learn all the basic skills needed to make your own rolls, starting with preparing perfect sticky sushi rice. You will use it to create a hand roll filled with spicy salmon and avocado. Chef Jinhe will also show you how to prepare shrimp nigiri and a sliced sushi roll filled with salmon and fresh vegetables.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time with Chef Jinhe. He was very hands-on and helped us a ton during the whole process! He was very welcoming and organized. I was truly shocked how much sushi we made during our time there, we left completely stuffed and he even gave us tons to go! I would definitely do this again with chef Jinhe! Thank you so much chef!!

Chef Jinhe was a phenomenal chef and instructor. I surprised my husband with a Sushi cooking class for Valentine's Day and we both throughly enjoyed Chef Jinhe's class. He was well-prepared and explained how to cook sushi in a very simple fun way. My husband and I stumbled with some of the techniques, yet Chef Jinhe was patient and helped us along the way . We left his comfy home feeling like we learned new skills and incredibly excited to try sushi on our own. Highly recommended! 10 stars from this couple!
