If you enjoy classic Italian fare, you'll love this guided cooking class with Chef Nancy. She will teach you how to make traditional potato dumplings completely from scratch with guidance every step of the way.
Learn how to mix, roll and shape homemade gnocchi dough, which can be personalized in any shape you'd like. You will serve them with a simple yet delicious brown butter sauce enhanced with pepper, chilli and curry leaves. Chef Nancy will also teach you how to make a creamy pesto sauce, which is a wonderful alternative.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

More commonly known as the Adobo Queen, Chef Nancy was born and raised in the Philippines as well as in the restaurant industry. Her family has owned and operated an authentic Filipino comfort food restaurant in Manila where she began cooking at a young age. Today, Chef Nancy is a freelance multimedia cooking show host as well as the host of a variety of fun and interactive culinary experiences that champion authentic Filipino fare.
