Explore incredible fare from China without leaving home in this guided cooking class with Chef Chris. He will teach you how to make traditional-style pot sticker dumplings just as good as what you'd find in China.
Fill your dumpling wrappers with minced pork, ginger and spring onion before carefully folding them according to Chef Chris' direction. He will teach you how to perfectly cook your pot stickers and create a delicious sesame oil sauce to dip them in.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

This was my first experience with a cooking class, and I am incredibly happy that it was with Chef Chris! Chef Chris made the entire experience fun and educational & the dish was delicious. I would absolutely join another class of his in the future! Thanks for a great time.

Meet your chef
Chef Chris' career began in the 1990s as a promotional director for nightclubs, yacht parties and hotspots in NYC. In 2008, he launched a restaurant in Queens as the owner and chef, which was featured on Food Network Canada and in The New York Times. Chef Chris sold his restaurant in 2015 to focus on crafting a series of TV reality shows, and is currently a restaurateur consultant, and private chef for celebrity and media events.
