Cooking Class: Poke Bowls 101

A poke bowl is a mash-up between sushi and a salad. In this guided cooking class with Chef Christian, you'll learn all about the ingredients that go into a poke bowl and how to prepare them. 


You will use cucumber, avocado, edamame, crab, cabbage and carrots, but this dish lends itself to lots of variations. You'll also master how to make sushi rice and poke sauce and then assemble the bowl.


Classes are designed to be fun, social events and you do not need any previous cooking experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
