Learn how to prepare four traditional and authentic dumplings hailing from three different countries around the world in this guided cooking class with Chef Demeatrie.
From Polish potato pierogis to German bread dumplings with bacon and Chinese steamed pork dumplings with green tea hoisin to Shanghai soup dumplings with chicken and ginger, this class promises to be an unforgettably delicious culinary experience.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Poland: Pierogis
With flour, salt, potatoes, butter, chives, eggs and sour cream
China: Spring Shumai
With ground pork, green tea hoisin, green peas, alkaline wrappers, sesame oil and salt
Germany: Knoedel
With bread, onions, milk, bacon, parsley, nutmeg, butter and onions
China: Shanghai Soup Dumplings
With gelatin, chicken stock, green onions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, flour, water, salt, ground chicken and ginger
