Gnocchi is one of Italy's most popular pasta dishes. It's traditionally made with potatoes, but there are many other variations you can make; two of which you will learn how to prepare in this cooking class with Chef Eva.
She will start by showing you how to make classic gnocchi made with potatoes, flour and eggs, and served with a vegetable-heavy beef ragĂą. Chef Eva will also teach you how to make spinach-spiked gnocchi, which you will enjoy with a vegetarian four-cheese sauce.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The wade array of selections all of which are not only flavorful, but also, beautifully presented. Everything is so delicious and healthy. Dishes and Pastry that leaves you so satisfied without that over indulgent feeling.
Born in Rome, Chef Eva would spend summers with her Nonna, who loved to cook and bake using fresh ingredients she grew herself. Although Chef Eva graduated from the European University of Rome with a psychology degree, her passion for cooking was still strong, and she graduated from the Italian Pastry Chef Academy. Chef Eva now owns a pastry shop where she blends years of family tradition with modern cooking techniques.
