There are many varieties of pho enjoyed around Vietnam, but beef pho is one of the most popular. Learn how to make traditional beef pho from scratch in this guided cooking class with Chef Greg.
He will teach you all the tips and tricks to making an authentic noodle soup, starting with a heavily spiced beef broth. Then, add grass-fed ribeye beef, rice noodles and plenty of fresh herbs. Once you've learned the basics with Chef Greg, you will be able to customize the recipe the next time you make it.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

I hired Chef Greg last August for a private event in my B'n'B in northern Portugal. I had been to more than one restaurants he ran in London and believed he would be a great fit so decided to have a go with bringing him to cook for my guests. Dinner was a 5 course meal for 27 guests using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. I have to say the experience was absolutely perfec! Flavours were matched together harmoniously, he researched local farms and producers (part of the brief for the menu) and brought together a divine feast with combinations of Portuguese, Peruvian, Asian and American cuisine. All guests had the time of their lives. Definitely an experience to repeat!

Greg cooked a delicious Vietnamese dish which included a variety of vegetables, meats, and noodles. This was the best Vietnamese meal I have ever had, which made the dinner a memorable experience. The combination of flavors complemented one another wonderfully. I always enjoy Greg’s cooking and look forward to eating another meal.
Chef Greg is an accomplished chef with over two decades of experience. He has traveled around the world to pursue his craft, but has spent a significant amount of time in London, where he's owned several restaurants. Chef Greg has a passion for innovative cooking styles and high standards of service, which has allowed him to study under top chefs and prepare meals for royalty, among others.
