Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta Carbonara

You don't have to book a flight to Italy to experience authentic Italian cuisine. This guided cooking class with Chef Isaac is the next best thing! He will teach you how to make two classic Italian dishes starting with a simple but delicious tomato and mozzarella bruschetta. 


You will also learn how to make pasta from scratch using a simple base of semolina, flour, eggs, milk and olive oil. Then, prepare your pasta with egg, Parmesan cheese, pancetta and a bit of chili to create a classic carbonara dish.

Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Sourdough Bread Bruschetta

With tomatoes, capers, basil, olive oil, spiced balsamic glaze and mozzarella

We did the cooking class on Jan 26 with Chef Isaac and we really enjoyed our Night! The chef is genuinely and super friendly! He went step by step first explaining what we were going to be doing and then we got to work! He made the sauce on his own but he carefully explained why and how it's made. He was the best, You can just tell he truly loves what he does! Thank you Chef Isaac, we definitely be back!
