Ramen is one of Japan's most renowned dishes, eaten as a hearty meal and sometimes even as a hangover cure! While some ramen takes a while to make, it's also possible to make a quicker ramen that tastes just as good. Learn how in this guided Japanese cooking class with Chef Karen.
She will teach you how to prepare simple yet delicious ramen made with a base of noodles, broth and fresh vegetables. Protein can vary based on the type of ramen, but this version will be topped with chicken and pork.
