Start by mixing up fresh pasta dough from scratch with just flour, eggs and olive oil. Chef Jasmine will show you how to knead, roll and shape it like a pro. Then, whip up a creamy filling with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella, seasoned to perfection. You’ll learn how to fill and seal your ravioli before boiling them to perfection. While they cook, make a delicious Tuscan sauce with fresh tomatoes, cream and spinach, topped off with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
Dig into your homemade masterpiece and impress yourself with your newfound pasta-making skills!

Chef Jasmine was awesome! She explained everything the process of making the pasta for the ravioli, the filling and finally the sauce. She was very willing to answer any questions raised. She truly enjoys teaching these classes. AAA+++

Fun night and so easy to make the ravioli! We already bought a pasta attachment for our mixer so we can do this again at home!
