You haven't truly experienced dumplings until you've tried them from scratch — and you will get to in this guided cooking class with Chef Lisa. Learn how to make traditional wrapped dumplings by hand with Chef Lisa's professional guidance.
She will teach you how to pair your ingredients, fill your dumplings, carefully fold them and of course, prepare them to eat! This variety of dumplings will be filled with a mixture of ground turkey and cabbage, and served with a spicy sesame, soy and ginger dipping sauce.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lisa is THE BEST!! My friend and I are both dairy free and gluten free (one is celiac) and we had the best experience. Chef Lisa was kind, patient, witty, and a great teacher. At the start of class, she asked what we wanted out of this and exceeded all expectations. I have zero prior cooking /baking knowledge and she made me feel really good about it/what I did :) Plus the pies were delicious. 1000000/10 on the mushroom, leek, and (df) cheese pies :) We cannot wait to go back!! Thank you!

Chef Lisa worked with my daughter and a friend to create delicious gluten free savory and sweet pies. The food itself was superb. Lisa was enthusiastic and personable and delivered a top quality experience. We would definitely participate again.
