You’ll learn to make both hand rolls (temaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki) using fresh, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free ingredients. Roll up a crispy shrimp tempura hand roll, then put a creative twist on tradition with a savory-sweet potato hand roll. Finish strong with a spicy tuna roll packed with bold, umami flavors.
