Pho is a popular street food in Vietnam and around the world. While it may seem like a simple dish to prepare, there is a skill to making a delicious and authentic bowl of pho. Learn all the secrets you need to know in this guided cooking class with Chef Bryce.
He will teach you how to make the perfect pho beef broth with rice noodles and brisket, and topped with fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime, just like you'd find in Vietnam.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Bryce was an enthusiastic chef! He seemed to enjoy teaching the class. Bryce knew his menu and explained the instructions clearly and patiently. I look forward to taking another class with him.

Chef Bryce is a Texas-based chef who has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. He has managed and cooked in kitchens across the state, and is experienced in a wide range of cuisines. In addition to his work in restaurant kitchens, Chef Bryce also has experience in culinary education. He previously worked as an education assistant at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin.
