Cooking Class: Traditional Pad Thai

Pad thai is the ultimate comfort food, featuring creamy, chewy noodles topped with a selecition of proteins. Learn how to make this Thai delicacy from scratch by booking this guided cooking class with Chef Sarah. She will teach you all you need to know to create an authentic pad thai, from selecting ingredients to managing the spice of the dish to cooking it to perfection. Your pad thai will be made with rice noodles coated in a tasty peanut sauce and topped with tofu and chicken.
