Have you always wanted to create your own homemade pasta? Making your own from scratch looks incredibly impressive, and luckily, is simple to do. Learn all the tips and tricks in this cooking class with Chef Michael.
He will show you how to mix, roll, slice and perfectly cook pappardelle pasta, which requires only a few ingredients. You will also create a slow-cooked pork and tomato bolognese to accompany your noodles. This delicious dish is one you can easily recreate at home.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mike was a revelation. We went into this experience not knowing what to expect and were so happily surprised. I had no idea a cooking class could be so much fun! He was part of the experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and great company. Along with this, the food was incredible. Suggest a million times. I will go again and bring friends!
