If you still associate ramen with the instant noodles you ate in college, you can't pass up this cooking class with Chef Michael. In it, he will teach you how to make authentic ramen just like you'd find on the streets of Japan. You will even make the noodles from scratch!
Then, prepare them with a slow-cooked and umami-rich broth, pork belly, vegetables and a soft-boiled egg. After this class, Chef Michael's ramen will no doubt replace your go-to instant noodles.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mike was a revelation. We went into this experience not knowing what to expect and were so happily surprised. I had no idea a cooking class could be so much fun! He was part of the experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and great company. Along with this, the food was incredible. Suggest a million times. I will go again and bring friends!
