There are many different types of spring rolls enjoyed throughout Asia. Some are fried and others are fresh and very light. In this cooking class, you will learn how to make the latter with the help of Chef Jan.
She will teach you how to create two varieties of rice paper rolls filled with assorted vegetables, herbs and vermicelli noodles. One roll will be vegetarian, and the other will be filled with shrimp, and both will be enjoyed with a spicy peanut dipping sauce.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Traditional Dipping Sauce
With fish sauce, sugar, Thai chilis, lime juice, cilantro, and crushed peanuts
