Learn how to make beautiful, restaurant-quality sushi from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Chung. You will get to prepare two different types of gourmet rolls and practice your knife skills while you're at it.
Your first creation will be a vegetarian sushi roll filled with cucumber, avocado and godo, which is a tasty burdock root salad. Next, create a spicy "Lion King Roll" made with imitation crab, salmon, avocado and chili mayonnaise. Both of these rolls are simple enough to recreate in the comfort of your home.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

You don't understand. Chung is the best sushi artist to bless our palates in years.
Chef Chung has 20 years of professional culinary experience under his belt earned in restaurants both domestically and abroad. Chef Chung is first and foremost a sushi chef, but he also specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine and Asian fusion fine dining. When he's not experimenting in the kitchen, creating and implementing new and innovative menus, Chef Chung can be found sharing his skills and passion with others in a variety of culinary experiences.
