Transport yourself to Lebanon in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Maggie.


Begin the class by making traditional dolmas. Stuff fresh grape leaves with white rice, mushrooms, mint and dill and master the technique of rolling them like a pro. Next, Chef Maggie will teach you the recipe for a savory Lebanese moussaka filled with chickpeas, eggplants, onions and tomatoes and served with fluffy rice. Whip up a refreshing fattoush salad with cucumbers, lettuce and radish with a side of crispy pita chips. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a decadent baklava.
