Tue, Apr 8th at 5:00PM
Create four courses of authentic Greek cuisine inspired by coastal flavors in this cooking class with Chef Karen.
Start with creamy tirokroketes by blending Gruyère, cheddar and goat cheeses, coating them in breadcrumbs and frying until perfectly crisp and golden. Next, cook tender chicken seasoned with Greek spices and topped with a fresh chimichurri sauce. Prepare roasted garlic couscous served alongside asparagus drizzled with balsamic glaze. For dessert, stuff phyllo pastry with rich chocolate and bake until golden and flaky for a decadent chocolate spanakopita.
