Cooking Class: Stuffed Pasta From Scratch

Learn how to create your own Italian dumplings from start to finish in this fun cooking class with Chef Damon. He will teach you how to mix and roll your own homemade pasta dough, which you will make to use tortellini and ravioli. 


Your pasta will be filled with three types of cheese and served with a pork and tomato sauce. Every recipe you learn in this class are sure to be ones you'll want to recreate at home time and time again!


Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Damon was great. I now know how to make pasta! And the sauce was fabulous. Even better he managed a venue that was less than stellar very professionally. Crystal from Golden Apron gets an A* as well.
