Despite popular belief in America, ramen is so much more than cheap instant noodles. In Japan, it's a hearty, wholesome dish, and an iconic representation of the country's cuisine.
Learn how to make authentic restaurant-quality ramen from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Alexander. He will teach you about different ramen variations before helping you create your own bowl filled with homemade broth, seasonal vegetables, bacon, a soft-boiled egg and noodles (of course).
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
