Thu, Dec 5th at 7:00PM
Sun, Dec 8th at 4:00PM
Dumplings and noodles are both staples of Chinese cuisine. Learn how to prepare them from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Tae.
You will start by preparing your own dumpling dough, which you will fill with pork and cabbage. Then, it's time to make your noodle dough. You will roll it out, slice it up, and cook it along with beef, mushrooms, miso and Parmesan cheese. Once both dishes are done, you can garnish them with soy sauce and vinegar, and enjoy!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

But in a twist of fortuitous timing, Chef Tae was offered a head chef opportunity he couldn't turn down. Since then, Chef Tae has worked in Michelin-starred and James Beard-nominated  restaurants, apprenticed in Paris and Bangkok, and has donned several titles, including "Best New Chef" and "Chef of the Year."
