Most Asian countries eat potstickers of some sort, but they take many different forms depending on the region. In Korea, potstickers are typically fried to a crisp and filled with pork.
In this cooking class with Chef Tai, you will learn how to make Korean-inspired potstickers from scratch. They will be filled with both pork and kimchi for some spice and tang. These potstickers can be steamed but you will fry them and serve them with a sweet and spicy chili sauce.
