First, you will learn to craft traditional pici pasta from scratch. With guidance from a skilled chef instructor and using just a few simple ingredients, roll twist and shape the dough into thick, chewy strands. Enhance your dense and aromatic pasta with a rich, velvety carbonara sauce featuring crispy guanciale, Pecorino Romano and freshly cracked black pepper for an irresistible depth of flavor. Then, prepare a classic, rich tiramisu, layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers with luscious mascarpone cream and finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder.
