This hands-on class breaks it down step by step, so even if your only experience with sushi is ordering it on a Friday night, you'll be rolling like a pro in no time. Get ready to create two delicious rolls: the classic California Roll, packed with avocado, cucumber and surimi, and a fresh, fruity veggie roll with mango, avocado and cucumber. No intimidating techniques, just good vibes, fresh ingredients and the perfect excuse to eat all the sushi you want. Chopsticks are optional, no judgment if you go hands-on!
