Chef Emmanuelle will lead the class and take you on an exciting culinary adventure through the time-honored traditions of Old World Italy. She'll share professional advice and tips that are easy to incorporate into your cooking routines, saving you time and money as you prepare fresh meals for your family. You'll receive step-by-step instruction as you stuff fresh mushrooms with seasoned breadcrumbs, mix and roll fresh and aromatic pasta and build a creamy, delicious spinach side dish that's infused with heavy cream and plenty of rich butter. Finish your experience with the unique blend of fresh fruit, crisp cucumbers, a drizzle of honey and pungent balsamic vinegar in a traditional gazpacho soup. It's a one-of-a-kind flavorful experience that you don't want to miss!
MENU
Italian Stuffed Mushrooms
With button mushrooms, onion, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley and oregano
Homemade Pasta
With flour, eggs and olive oil
Creamy Spinach
With spinach, heavy cream and butter

Great experience with Chef Emmanuelle! We did the French classics and had a great time preparing and learning her cooking tips on the way. Would highly recommend this class and the Chef.

I had a great time today learning to make Vegan & non-vegan chocolate truffles. Chef surprised us with a bonus lesson learning to make crepes. Class size was small & intimate. She & her husband recorded me & took pictures for me. I even learned to flip my crepe in the pan. Next class I want to bring my daughter who purchased this class for my Christmas gift.
