Cooking Class: Pasta Made From Scratch With Chef Emmanuelle
Chef Emmanuelle will teach you the time-honored recipe to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch.
Combine flour, eggs and salt to make a classic fresh pasta dough. Then, master the technique of kneading the dough before rolling it out. Chef Emmanuelle will teach you how to cut and shape the dough into spaghetti, fettuccine, bow tie, pappardelle or stuffed ravioli. As the noodles boil, whip up a creamy Béchamel mushroom sauce served with a bed of spinach. Mix in your pasta and end the class with your homemade Italian feast.
