Cooking Class: Make Poke Bowl With Chef Jun

Learn to make a colorful tuna poke bowl step by step in Chef Jun's hands-on cooking class.


You'll be working with lean bluefin tuna as your main ingredient, cutting it into small cubes just as they do in traditional Japanese/Hawaiian restaurants. Then, Chef Jun will show you how to make a flavorful soy dressing from scratch to add that signature umami flavor to your bowl. After this, you'll combine everything with fresh salad greens for a delicious and healthy meal.
